Mr. Tanmay Bishnoi has multifaceted industry experience in different roles ranging from Consulting and Advisory to EPC and Training & Skill Development; currently, working as the Head – Standards and Research at Skill Council for Green Jobs (SCGJ), to develop National Qualifications for certification of Green skills with international comparability, a mandate given to SCGJ by Government of India. Tanmay provides intellectual and strategic leadership for the overall design & structure of the National skill development programmes on Green skills; and support in developing the framework for Monitoring, Evaluation and Assessment.multilateral agencies for strategic partnerships and international comparability of National Qualifications developed on Green skills in India. He serves as a Member on the Advisory Board of various universities and engineering colleges for Monitoring, Evaluation and Governance of Bachelor in Vocation degree programs implemented under the UGC scheme; and development of knowledge pathways and assessment strategy with multiple exit options for employment and entrepreneurship.
