The 1-day Solar Workshop is geared towards college students, particularly in the technical areas. This is an orientation programme that introduces solar energy
concepts and applications as the first step.

- Basic system design and calculations
This workshop can be done at GISE. Universities and Institutes also often invite GISE to deliver the workshop at their own campuses.
Typical class strength ranges from 60 to 120 students.
